Recently, an overseas client visited our factory to inspect our in-house mold manufacturing processes and finished profiles. The visit focused on mold design, manufacturing capabilities, and the consistency between the molds and the final profiles.
During the factory tour, our technical team presented the client with the profile specifications they had requested and explained in detail how we design and manufacture molds to meet the final product requirements. The client also inspected the finished profiles produced at our facility to gain a better understanding of the actual production results.
Prior to partnering with us, this client had sourced profiles and molds from two different suppliers in China. However, the finished products did not meet the required specifications. Since the molds and profiles were supplied by different manufacturers, it was difficult to identify and resolve the root cause of the issue, and the two suppliers shifted blame onto one another.
At our factory, both mold development and profile production are carried out in-house. This integrated production process enables our technical team to coordinate mold design and profile production more directly and facilitates adjustments. Ultimately, the client placed an order for custom profiles with our company.
