Recently, an Egyptian client visited several FRP profile manufacturers in China to evaluate suppliers for a customized FRP profile project. After comparing different manufacturers and their production capabilities, the client ultimately chose to partner with our factory.
Our team provided an overview of the raw materials used in FRP profile production. The client also inspected the molds we developed in-house, gaining an in-depth understanding of how mold design aligns with the dimensional requirements of the profiles.
One of the production processes highlighted during the visit was our standardized calcium powder mixing technology. By adopting this standardized mixing process, we are able to maintain a more consistent material formulation, which helps control the dimensional tolerances of the finished profiles.
The client also reviewed our completed FRP profiles and discussed the required technical specifications with our technical team. After comparing our products and manufacturing processes with those of other suppliers they had previously visited, the client expressed satisfaction with our production capabilities, raw material selection, mold development, and product consistency.
Following the factory tour and technical discussions, this Egyptian client decided to select our facility to undertake the FRP profile project.
For customized fiberglass profiles, selecting the right raw materials, designing appropriate molds, and maintaining strict control over the production process are crucial for ensuring dimensional consistency and product performance. We will continue to focus on process standardization and in-house mold development to meet our clients' diverse needs for FRP profiles.
